- The Future of Criminal Law: Adapting to Technological Advances
- Explore how technological advancements, such as digital evidence, surveillance, and AI, are changing criminal law. What are the potential benefits and pitfalls of these changes?
- Juvenile Justice: Rehabilitation vs. Punishment
- Debate the effectiveness of the juvenile justice system. Should the focus be more on rehabilitation or punishment for young offenders? Support your argument with case studies or research.
- The Intersection of Criminal Law and Mental Health
- Resume: Include your educational background, work experience, and any relevant activities or honors.
- Transcript: Provide an official or unofficial transcript from your current or most recent academic institution.
- Letter of Recommendation: One letter of recommendation from a professor, employer, or other professional who can attest to your qualifications and commitment to criminal law.
